Dominic Collins is a third generation West Cork baker who is passionate about maintaining the Collins family tradition of baking only the most delicious, wholesome, confectionery each day. We always use only the very best, local, natural ingredients, free from any "nasties" such as artificial colours, flavours, or additives.
