Coolmore is a privately owned and managed business which began its life as a farmhouse bakery producing its first cakes from the family AGA cooker in beautiful West Cork. It has grown into a successful business, selling its products in Denmark, Sweden, Holland, the UK and Ireland. Coolmore now operate from a state of the art premises, specialising in producing deliciously moist, homemade look and feel cakes and muffins, which set them apart.

The range of products is widely sold in farm shops and delis both in the UK and in Ireland. These outlets cater for a very discerning audience who will relate to the farmhouse feel and quality the cakes and muffins offer. Coolmore also has a range of par-baked treats, perfect for in-store bakeries. Having grown by 20% year on year so far, Coolmore hopes to sustain this growth by new product development and innovative packaging.
