Hassetts Artisan Bakery, situated in Carrigaline, is an artisan bakery producing the finest quality baked goods.

Our deli section produces our "doorstep sandwiches" and wraps, which are renowned for their quality and content, crammed full with our homemade salads & relishes. We also produce homemade soups and fresh lunches. We also sell our own homemade frozen meals, pates, tapenades, homemade jams, marmalades, etc. We pride ourselves on the quality of the products that we produce.

The bakery employs 20 people. Our head baker Christian Jambou is French and he produces the finest traditional French breads and brioche. One of our most popular breads is our Sourdough. This recipe is in the San Francisco style - a city famous for its bread-making.

All our meats are home cooked on the premises.

Our confectioners produce all our celebration and novelty cakes, which can be personalised with your own photo, logos, etc.
