Based in Bandon town, in beautiful West Cork, we make an enticing range of deliciously crunchy pure butter biscuits with the best of Irish country butter, Belgian chocolate, freshly roasted hazelnuts and more.

We take biscuit making very seriously. Early each morning the fresh butter is collected and the mixing begins. The dough is allowed to rest. From there we begin to individually cut each piece just like olden times. We could get machines to do it all - but believe us, the finished product is not the same. Nor do we pull the wool over your eyes with hand-baked or tray baked blarney! Our product is the authentic article from start until finish and we know it makes a difference for our customers.

And what's more - we're fortunate to do it all here in splendid West Cork overlooking the charming town of Bandon. Since we refurbished the bakery in 2008, we have started to supply the finest gourmet stores throughout Ireland and since April 2009 into France as well. Our new online shop makes it possible for you to enjoy them no matter where you are - you do the clicking, and we'll do the packing. We've arranged with our postal operator favourable rates on their Express Service and we trust them to ensure safe passage.

Seymours is a family business so our reputation is your guarantee. We are a small dedicated team of experience bakers using the best of ingredients at all times. We even roast the hazelnuts ourselves for a better flavour. Our retail product range of sweet biscuits makes the perfect accompaniment to tea or coffee while our range of cheese biscuits in collaboration with Pat & Ann O' Farrell of Carrigaline Cheese are delicious as a savoury snack.
