On 25th June 2011, The Southern Star, in association with West Cork Development Partnership, are running a West Cork Food Feature highlighting quality West Cork food and the individuals behind it. The feature will significantly raise the profile and public awareness of West Cork produce at a time when food traceability and sourcing locally are of key concern to consumers.
