'West Cork Inspires' book is being presented to Her Majesty the Queen today along with an invitation to visit the exhibition that accompanies the book launch. Curator Etain Hickey and the editor, Alison Ospina, were asked to set up the exhibition in the Cow Shed gallery Farmleigh, in time for the Queen's visit.
It's a great honour and brilliant for West Cork!
Also tonight at the Queen's Gala Dinner she will be enjoying Irish Atlantic Sea Salt from Cahermore, Beara Peninsula, produced by Aileen and Michael O'Neill.
