The Slipway, an award-winning B&B with all rooms sea facing, which also has self catering accommodation, is situated on the water's edge of a small cove and within easy walking distance to the picturesque yachting village of Baltimore with its traditional pubs and excellent restaurants.
Ferries leave from the pier to nearby Cape Clear and Sherkin Island and the wonderful scenery of Mizen Head and the Beara peninisula are within easy touring distance. The Slipway is a good base from which to tour West Cork. Cork airport is 53 miles away.
