Irish food awards launched
Last year Cork producers swept the board at the Blas na hEireann Irish Food Awards, the most prestigious competition of its kind in the country, and will hope to do so again this year.
Over twenty producers from all around the county took Gold, Silver and Bronze medals for 40 of the best tasting products in the whole of Ireland, all made in Cork, with locally grown ingredients.
