West Cork hotels make shortlist
The Parkway Hotel in Dunmanway, the Castle Hotel in Macroom and the Celtic Ross Hotel in Rosscarberry have beaten the competition from hotels and pubs around the country to be shortlisted by the public in the fifth annual Great Carvery of the Year competition.
The hotels are now through to the next stage of the competition where a team of mystery shoppers will choose the top three pub and hotel finalists from each province.
This year also sees the addition of a new category to find Ireland
