West Cork volunteer doctor is Cork Person of the Month
Doctor Jason van der Velde has been honoured with the June Cork Person of the Month award, to mark his many years of voluntary life-saving work. Dr van der Velde has been a volunteer Prehospital Emergency Medicine Physician with the West Cork Rapid Response since its inception in 2007 and has played a crucial part in the development of the charity.
