Patisserie Regale is a small bakery in Dunmanway, West Cork, run by Jane and Richard Graham-Leigh and Paola Vais, producing high-quality biscuits and cookies under the brand name "Cookies of Character".

Every cookie we bake is individually hand-made using traditional methods, so no two ever look exactly the same but because we use only the best ingredients they are all equally delicious.

The unsalted West Cork butter in all our cookies means they melt in the mouth, and the local free-range eggs, Irish flour, couverture chocolate and fine dried fruits and nuts make them a sophisticated and satisfying treat at any time of day. We use only natural ingredients, and never use stabilisers, preservatives or artificial flavours or colours.

Our recipes are based on the premium local ingredients available throughout West Cork, and the skills of our craft bakers.
