West Cork Bakeries specialises in traditional hand-baked white and brown loaves, bracks and cakes, including wedding cakes made to order.

It also makes a speciality health bread which it supplies to Cork restaurants and hotels, such as the Inchydoney Lodge & Spa in Clonakilty.

With the success of the health bread, O'Donovan is testing other new products, including a spelt bread. The breads are available at shops throughout Cork and Kerry, including Musgraves and Dunnes. Most of the company's suppliers of ingredients are based locally.
